Children's Services Manager
Kelly has been with Community Healthplex Sports Club since 2006 as the Aquatics Director and Children's Services Manager. Her aquatic career began when she was only 15 as a lifeguard and a "6 years and under" coach for a country club swim team. From there, Kelly has worked for several other fitness facilities as an aquatic program specialist and an adaptive aquatic program coordinator. She has also coached high school swimming and been a USA swimming age group coach. In addition to Kelly’s responsibilities as the Aquatic Director she also took over all children’s programs in 2009 and is now the Children's Services Manger and works with Minor Leaguers child care, children’s programs and special events, and camp.

Safe Sitter Instructor
Brittany has been with Community Healthplex Sports Club since November 2009. She started her career in Minor Leaguers and has been the Minor Leaguers Coordinator in the past. Brittany instructs our Safe Sitter program for teens who want to learn best practices for babysitting. Please feel free to contact Brittany with any questions about our Safe Sitter program.

Czarnest Dela Cruz
Tae Kwon Do Instructor
Mr. Cruz has a 1st degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has competed in the Olympic sport since the age of 8. He has competed at the national level placing 1st in forms and 3rd in sparring. His reasons for starting Tae Kwon Do are the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the Power Rangers. Mr. Cruz also has experience with an assortment of different martial art weapons, from the nunchuks to the bow staff. On his free time, Czarnest enjoys spending time with family, running, playing basketball, and traveling.

John Goebel, IV
John Goebel is currently attending IUPUI pursuing a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and pre-occupational therapy. He played basketball, ran track, and helped out with camps in high school. John has also volunteered with special needs children for many years. He is excited to coach sports again.
Brittany Ignas is a current dance major at Indiana University, and also receiving a minor in fitness. She has been dancing since the age of 3, and sophomore year of high school danced with professional modern company, Gregory Hancock Dance Theatre. In 2008, Brittany went to New York to dance with the Radio City Rockettes and has a goal to become a Rockette someday. She is also known for locally performing at cancer events, AIDS benefits, and much more. She has been teaching at Healthplex for two years and has had the pleasure spreading her love of dance to younger children.

Children's Programming Coordinator
Nicole has been playing both basketball and volleyball for nine years, playing four of those years on an AAU basketball team. She played the center position for basketball and middle hitter for volleyball. She has been teaching both sports for five years and loves being able to teach kids things she’s learned throughout her own experience. Recently, Nicole was promoted to the Children's Programming Coordinator where she oversees all of the sports programs. Please feel to contact Nicole about any children's program.

Michelle Kirkendall is currently attending IUPUI pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology. She has taught dance for many years in a variety of different styles. Michelle has mentored other dancers throughout her high school career and taught all ages. She has attended Dupree Dance Conventions and competed in various competitions. She is excited to step in to her new role at the Healthplex Sports Club and loves being able to teach kids things she’s learned throughout her own experience.
Tumbling and Cheer Instructor
Hailey Macke is currently a junior attending Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. She is in the School of Kinesiology studying to get a degree in exercise science. Hailey plans on pursuing a career in wellness and health promotion. She was in gymnastics and cheerleading in high school and thoroughly enjoys working with children because of their enthusiastic and charismatic personalities.
She has been playing basketball from the age of 5 years old. Becca has been involved in town basketball, AAU, and school basketball throughout the years. She was on the varsity team all four years of high school. Becca also was involved in refereeing on the elementary level. She was an instructor for a basketball camp through her high school.

Stephanie Willis has been playing soccer competitively for 16yrs earning many MVP awards and leading her teams in most goals scored. Stephanie earned her first coaching license at the age of 16 while also making the Utah’s Olympic Development Program (ODP). After playing 4 years varsity soccer in high school and on elite club teams, she continued to play competitively in college at Colorado State University-Pueblo and again Division 1 for Utah Valley State College for one year. Stephanie then began coaching soccer for young children and running small camps for children ages 4-10 and also at a competitive level for youth ages 12-18. Stephanie is now currently working on earning a national coaching license.
