Boot camp is a combination of strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, core stability and mobility through functional movement patterns. This class is programmed to provide a total body workout through its course, while specifically targeting various muscle groups during each workout.

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 5:45 - 6:30 a.m. or 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 - 9:45 a.m.
