Small Group Training

Our NEW small group training program is for those people ready to advance their fitness to a new level. We focus on building a team and sharing a FUN training experience while getting great results. A more affordable option than personal training and buddy sessions, you can enjoy the benefits of personal training without the cost. Be challenged by your coach and other members with similar fitness goals!

Tennis fitness class

This class focuses on tennis-specific movement. It is for tennis players at any level or age. This class will help you develop your lateral movement, trunk rotation, shoulder strength and overall performance.

  • $15 per person, per class. If you can get a group of five or more people, we can start a new class at a new time.

TRX® Suspension Training®

TRX Suspension Training was created by the Navy Seals to provide a total body workout focusing on power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and injury prevention. TRX is designed for all fitness levels and you control how intense your workout is. We offer group classes as well as private sessions. You can start the program at any time! Please register at least 12 hours in advance at the service desk or by calling 317-920-7419.

Women on Weights

Are you looking to get lean and toned, then try Women and Weights! Women on Weights is a group training session for women only. Classes run in eight-week sessions, meeting one time a week for 30 or 60 minutes. Each class will give you a total body workout helping you get in the best shape of your life. Along with weekly sessions you can also attend a 60-minute cardio class. Please register in advance at the service desk.

Fitness Boot Camp

This class will get your heart pumping and kick your butt into shape! Get your body kicked into gear with a high-intensity class designed for those who want to work hard and see results. You will do anything from cardio, strength training and core work to get a rockin’ body. The class will involve anything your “drill sergeant” comes up with!

Youth & Teen Strength and Conditioning

Our Youth & Teen Strength & Conditioning Program is appropriate for youth and teens ages 12-16. The classes will meet for one hour focusing on strength training, agility and plyometric conditioning. The goal of the program is to encourage and motivate children to establish healthy habits at an early age, and is also meant for athletes who want to get a one-up on their opponents and are training for a specific sport. The program will be designed and instructed by one of our degreed personal trainers.

Classes expire after 6 months and are non-refundable.

Full court basketball

Members can participate in full court basketball on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1 to 3 p.m. The court is reserved for members only and there is no cost to participate. Ages 21 and up.

Body Blueprint

This 60-minute class is focused on weight loss through the use of fat burning intervals. The only equipment you need is yourself and a resistance band! Wherever you are in your weight loss journey, this class is for YOU. You will learn how to handle your own body weight, as well as exercises you can perform anywhere, anytime. These classes are held in the Yoga room to create a fun, dynamic, more personal atmosphere. We will also use music to inspire hard work in order to reach those weight loss goals!
