Community Health Network has been serving the people of Hamilton County and the north side of Indianapolis for 30 years. The depth and breadth of services offered at the North campus in Castleton have expanded greatly through the years, but Community’s “Patients First” focus and commitment to the community have been constants.
In 2007, the hospital unveiled a $170 million expansion, ramping up critical programs such as pediatrics and surgery, and transitioning into its role as a major urban facility. Four years earlier, the North campus welcomed the specialized expertise of Community Heart and Vascular Hospital.
In 2013, Community Rehabilitation Hospital opened on the North campus, offering greater access and the latest equipment to improve the lives of patients with the most complex neurological conditions—brain injuries, stroke, spinal cord injuries, severe burns, Parkinson’s and other neuromuscular diseases. Building on the long history of Hook Rehab, the new inpatient hospital will give patients the best possible care so they can become self-sufficient, return home and actively participate in their communities.

The North campus offers a vast range of outpatient services along with comprehensive inpatient care for patients with acute illnesses. No matter what level of health care you need, you’ll likely find it here. Medical services >>
The campus is home to dozens of specialty physicians, sleep labs, advance mammography, laboratory services, eye care, and Community’s Wellspring Pharmacy and FigLeaf Boutique, with hard-to-find products and services for oncology patients, pregnant and breastfeeding women and others with special health-related needs.
