Healthy Hearts Center
The Healthy Hearts Center, located at The Indiana Heart Hospital, is an outpatient center designed to improve heart health and quality of life, optimize physical function, and provide support to patients facing cardiovascular disease.
The Healthy Hearts Center offers the following heart health clinics and services:
- Anticoagulation Clinic
To help manage anticoagulant therapy, including medication side effects
- Congestive Heart Failure Clinic
To help manage the treatment and symptoms of heart failure
- Cardiac rehabilitation
Specialized rehab programs to aid in recovery from many types of heart surgery, valve replacement, myocardial infarction and more
- Nutrition consultation
Personalized nutrition plans for congestive heart failure, cardiovascular disease, cardiac risk factor reduction, peripheral vascular disease and more
- Screening center
Know your heart health numbers! Risk assessment for coronary artery disease and heart attack; fitness assessment; nutrient intake analysis and more
