Adaptive Recreation program
The mission of the Adaptive Recreation program is to change lives by providing new challenges and encouraging individual wellness. With support from Community Heath Network and many volunteers, the program has flourished since it was founded in 2000. The program's success can be directly attributed to the commitment of an interactive group of individuals that has much to offer all the lives it touches.
The people involved in the Adaptive Recreation program are friends, family members, former patients, volunteers and participants. Through the support of these volunteers, the program has developed adaptive opportunities for social and recreational activities.
