Bart Barkman, MSPT specializes in orthopedics, manual therapy, and orthotic fabrication. He has additional training in mobilization, muscle energy, and neuromobilization techniques.

Brian Covert, MOT, OTR treats upper extremity dysfunction including wrist, hand, shoulder and elbow diagnoses. Brian fabricates upper extremity splints and has additional training in manual therapy such as myofascial release and soft tissue mobilization.

Robert Klingshirn, MHS, PT treats patients with orthopedic injuries and has additional training in the evaluation and treatment of the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine. He has training in manual therapy techniques and return to work rehabilitation.

Nancy Lewark, MA, CCC-SLP is the manager of four Rehab & Sports Medicine Centers including Library Park, South Park, County Line and East. Nancy has more than 25 years of experience as a rehab manager and previously owned Library Park Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation for 18 years before selling her practice to Community Health Network in 2009. Nancy continues to be involved in local business organizations including the Greater Greenwood Chamber of Commerce and Greenwood Rotary Club. Nancy has clinical expertise as a speech-language pathologist and managerial experience operating clinics that serve both adults and pediatric patients.

Amanda Owens, PT treats pelvic floor dysfunction as well as many orthopedic diagnoses. Amanda has training in women’s and men’s health and pelvic floor evaluation and treatment.

Rena Reaves, MSPT specializes in treatment of sacroiliac dysfunction, shoulder and knee pain, and general orthopedic disorders. Rena is McKenzie trained and has additional training in physical therapy techniques for the upper and lower extremities.

Kim Roberts, DPT specializes in orthopedics and is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. She also treats patients with neurological deficits. Kim coordinates outcome tracking for all of Community's Rehab & Sports Medicine Centers and benchmarks outcomes in our clinics against regional and national statistics.

Jaime Rogers, DPT, Cert MDT, PT specializes in orthopedics and is Graston trained. She treats general orthopedic injuries and dysfunction.

Paul Swart, BS, PT, Dpi MDT, OCS specializes in spine dysfunction and is certified in mechanical diagnosis and treatment. He is a certified orthopedic specialist and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Paul has completed the Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy which included a clinical residency in spine and extremities. He is one of two diplomats in Indiana and one of only 300 worldwide.
