Community Health Pavilion Greenfield opened in January 2008. It offers many of the services families need every day including family physicians, rehabilitation and sports medicine, imaging and laboratory. Our focus is allowing patients and families to meet their medical needs conveniently and efficiently, so they get in, get out and get back to their busy lives.
