Community Health Pavilions

Community Health Network offers multiple health pavilions throughout central Indiana that provide convenient access to a wide range of health care services under one roof, including primary care and specialty physicians, diagnostic testing, rehab and sports medicine, and behavioral health services. Pavilion locations include Carmel, County Line Road (Greenwood), East Indianapolis, Fishers, Fort Harrison, Greenfield, Noblesville/Hamilton Healthcare Campus, Saxony/Olio Road, and Shadeland Avenue.

Several of our pavilions feature a medical mall concept—one-stop shopping that allows patients to enter the building and access the practices and services they need from a common inside area. Our focus is allowing patients and families to meet their medical needs conveniently and efficiently, so they get in, get out and get back to their busy lives.
