Community Health Network offers multiple health pavilions throughout central Indiana that provide convenient access to a wide range of health care services under one roof, including primary care and specialty physicians, diagnostic testing, and even therapy. Pavilions are located in Carmel, Fishers, Saxony, East Indianapolis, Greenfield and at Fort Harrison.

Several of our pavilions feature a medical mall concept—one-stop shopping that allows patients to enter the building and access the practices and services they need from a common inside area. All pavilions have primary care physicians, and each pavilion hosts several events each year. Our focus is allowing patients and families to meet their medical needs conveniently and efficiently, so they get in, get out and get back to their busy lives.
