What is OccLink?

OccLink is an innovative new feature, only available on eCommunity.com, that allows employers to view their employees’ occupational health progress 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Community is the only facility in the region providing this convenient and confidential service.

OccLink manages employees’ injuries using real-time data and allows you to access complete information at your convenience, including the following:

  • Injury data
  • Treatment reports
  • Drug screening results
  • Work status
  • Scheduled injury follow-up
  • Missed appointment information

If you are an existing or new Community Occupational Health client and would like to subscribe to OccLink, call Community Occupational Health administration at 317-621-1892 or send an e-mail. The Occupational Health representative in your area will contact you.

Are OccLink records confidential?
OccLink is confidential. Only employer designated individuals have access. To access OccLink, you must have a username and a password. OccLink uses encrypted technology, and it meets all HIPAA requirements.

Who has access to OccLink records?
Employers designate a representative to access OccLink. Access is also available to employer designated case managers or a third party administrator. Usage is at the discretion of the employer.

Why would I want to become a subscriber?
OccLink makes the information about your employees’ injuries available when it is convenient for you. It is always complete, quick and easy to use.

How much does OccLink cost?
OccLink is a free service.

Is it hard to use?
OccLink is easy to use. Community will provide training and ongoing support to OccLink users.

Is anyone else offering this technology?
Community is the only facility in the region providing this convenient and confidential service.

What if I would rather be faxed or called?
It’s your choice. You have the option of using OccLink online services, fax or telephone call.
