Patient Concierge
Each patient admitted to Community North will receive a personal visit from our patient concierge within 24-48 hours of admission. Our vision is to provide service amenities that consistently exceed the expectations of patients and guests. Every patient is treated as if he or she were a member of our own family—with utmost caring, dignity and respect.
Patient & Family Concierge Services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We strive to provide an exceptional experience for patients and guests. Please do not hesitate to let us know how we can enhance your stay.

- Magazine and newspaper delivery
- Planning celebrations for birthdays or other special occasions
- Flower orders and delivery
- Salon services (massage, pedicure, manicure, etc.)
- Postal needs (stamps, UPS, FedEx)
- Hotel reservations and information
- Gift buying and wrapping
- Dry cleaning, alterations, shoe repair
- Miscellaneous errands (groceries, shopping and other needs)
- Notary public
There is no fee beyond the cost of the requested service.
