Our specially trained guest relations team is available to help you become familiar with the area surrounding the Community Hospital North campus. Our team can refer you and your family to local hotels, restaurants and other businesses that are our partners in serving you. These local merchants provide discount rates to our patients and their families. Visit our guest relations team at the information desk for assistance!
Services provided by the guest relations team include the following:
- Magazine and newspaper delivery
- Planning celebrations for birthdays or other special occasions
- Flower orders and delivery
- Salon services (massage, pedicure, manicure, etc.)
- Hotel reservations and information
- Assistance with gift buying and wrapping
- Dry cleaning, alterations, shoe repair
- Miscellaneous errands (groceries, shopping and other needs)
- Internet searches

Patient representatives
Each patient admitted to Community Hospital North will receive a personal visit from our patient representative within 24-48 hours of admission. Our vision is to provide service amenities that consistently exceed the expectations of patients and guests. Each patient is treated as if he or she were a member of our own family—with utmost caring, dignity and respect.
Patient advocates are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We strive to provide an exceptional experience for patients and guests. Please do not hesitate to let us know how we can enhance your stay.
