We know your time is valuable. Whether you're coming to Community Hospital North for inpatient surgery or just a quick doctor's appointment, you can save time by pre-registering online.
Please pre-register at least two days prior to your scheduled visit. This allows our staff adequate time to verify and precertify your insurance (if applicable).
The information you submit is transmitted securely. You may need to refer to your insurance card, so be sure to have it handy when filling out the pre-registration form.
