Behavioral Health Pavilion
The 110-bed inpatient Behavioral Health Pavilion offers expert, compassionate care for children and adults, including 24/7 crisis services. The LifeCheck center provides access to trained behavioral health therapists for those in need of urgent, immediate emotional care.
Breast care services
Dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant breast disease, offering breast surgery, radiation and medical oncology services, physical therapy, and survivorship support.
Cancer care/Community Regional Cancer Care
Inpatient and outpatient cancer care including radiology, oncology, neuro-oncology, and breast health navigators.
Cardiovascular | Community Heart and Vascular Hospital
From heart attack prevention and diagnosis to intervention and heart failure rehabilitation, we offer comprehensive, innovative cardiac care. Open heart bypass surgery is performed exclusively at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital.
Center for Wound Healing
Our team of specialists help heal your wounds through a variety of treatments, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, special dressings/wraps and platelet growth technology.
Community Surgery Center
Surgical procedures for adults and children in numerous specialty areas, including dermatology, general surgery, gynecology, laser surgery, orthopedics and cosmetic surgery.
Diabetes/Diabetes Care Center
Individualized, quality education programs and services to all people with diabetes.
Diet and nutrition counseling
Whether it's one-time consultation or ongoing counseling for complex situations, Community's dietitians work with you to provide the education and support that is right for you and your nutritional needs.
Digestive health services/Endoscopy/Colonoscopy
Specialized diagnoses and treatment of digestive/esophogeal conditions and gastrointestinal diseases.
Emergency services
Community provides services that are available 24/7 for those with an emergency or urgent problem needing after-hours attention. The Castleton MedCheck (located on the Community North campus) is open 24/7 and our other locations are open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. for non-emergency care. WebAhead online appointment scheduling makes MedCheck all the more convenient. When serious symptoms – such as profuse bleeding, difficulty breathing, chest pain or heart attack symptoms – indicate a higher level of care is needed, the emergency rooms at Community North and Community Heart and Vascular Hospital are right there.

Bereavement support for adults, children and teens.
Home care/Community Home Health
Personalized care from the comfort of home. Services include home care, hospice, therapy services, cardiac care, behavioral care, home infusion and home medical equipment.
Hook Rehabilitation Center
Accredited brain injury and stroke rehabilitation for adolescents and adults. Inpatient and outpatient programs available, including adaptive athletics.
Imaging and radiology services
X-ray, diagnostic angiography, nuclear medicine, CT scan, open-sided and conventional MRI, and ultrasound. Outpatient care available through Community Imaging Centers.
Interventional radiology
Treatment for uterine fibroids, varicose veins and osteoporosis.
Maternity/OB services

Wellspring Pharmacy is a pharmacy that specializes in whole health, offering prescription refill and delivery services for patients and employees, and special programs such as 1-Price Generic Prescription Program and natural products for whole health at www.wellspringpharmacy.com.
