Community Physician Network welcomes new providers

Indianapolis, IN--- Community Physician Network, the integrated, multi-specialty physician group at Community Health Network, welcomes the following providers:

Aaron Carlisle, M.D., is a family medicine physician who treats patients of all ages but has a special interest in adolescent and preventive medicine as well as reproductive health. Dr. Carlisle graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine and served his residency at the National Capital Consortium residency program at Fort Belvoir, VA. Prior to coming to Community, he served for 12 years as a family medicine physician in the United States Army. He is a decorated combat veteran, having served two tours in Iraq. Dr. Carlisle’s office is located at 11501 Cumberland Road, Fishers.

Roberto Darroca, M.D., is a board-certifiedOB/GYN physician who cares for women from their childbearing years through menopause. Dr. Darroca completed his medical degree at the Indiana University School of Medicine and a family medicine residency at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. He completed his OB/GYN residency training at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Dr. Darroca’s areas of special interest include robotic surgery as well as vaginal pelvic prolapse surgery, mini laparoscopic hysterectomies and high-risk obstetrics. He joins Community Physician Network after being in private practice in Muncie for 22 years. Dr. Darroca’s office is located at 3500 W. Purdue Avenue, Muncie.

Aisha Hashmat, M.D., is a family medicine physician who enjoys caring for children and adults of all ages. She completed her medical degree at Khyber Medical College, University of Peshawar, Pakistan, and her internship and residency at Methodist Hospital Gary, in Merrillville, IN. Prior to joining Community Physician Network, she practiced family medicine on the Indianapolis south side. Dr. Hashmat’s office is located at 1601 Medical Arts Boulevard, Suite 203, Anderson.

Daniel Kim, M.D., is a neurosurgeon who provides care for patients at Community Hospital North and Community Hospital Anderson, His special interests include spine disease, brain tumors (including skull base lesions), trigeminal/glossopharyngeal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm, periperhal nerve problems and vascular disease. He is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine and also completed his neurosurgical residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. Prior to medical school, Dr. Kim was an attorney and practiced municipal finance law with Ice Miller Donadio & Ryan. Dr. Kim sees patients at office locations: 7120 Clearvista Drive, Suite 3700, Indianapolis, and 1210B Medical Arts Boulevard, Suite 217, Anderson.
