Jessie Westlund, R.N., serves as CEO of Community Home Health Services, while also providing leadership for integration services at Community Health Network. Besides leading Community Home Health Services to become the state’s leading home health care provider, Jessie has pioneered development of Community’s “Life’s Journey” chronic disease management program, Community Hospice, and Community at Home, a unique resource providing online access to purchase home medical equipment, as well as senior care management services helping caregivers navigate the many aspects of caring for an aging adult.
Jesse received her nursing degree from New England Baptist Hospital School of Nursing. Prior to joining Community Health Network in 1998, she held the role of exective director for the Visiting Nurse Association of North Central Indiana, directing 50 percent growth in the home health care agency in less than two years. In 2006, Jessie won the "Norah J. McFarland" award for leadership, integrity, community service, sensitivity to client’s needs, action on the behalf of homecare, interaction with other providers and statesmanship from the Indiana Association for Home & Hospice Care, Inc.
Jessie is active in the community, serving on the Hutson School Board, the Indianapolis Discovery Network for Dementia Board, LPN Advisory Board, and is a member of the Society for Nursing Excellence.
