Meet the Therapists

Janelle Balliet, PT, DPT is a physical therapist who specializes in pediatric therapy. She has a special interest in developmental delays and neurological and orthopedic conditions in pediatric patients.

Kelli Clark, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, hip and knee dysfunction, neurological disorders and spinal cord injury. Kelli has advanced training in muscle energy techniques and is Kinematic Taping Concept Certified (KTCC).

Kelly Dahlem, MA, CCC-SLP is a certified speech-language pathologist who specializes in pediatric speech and language delays, speech sound disorders, fluency disorders, feeding disorders, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Kelly has advanced training in treating childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), the Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP) approach, and the AEIOU Systematic Approach to Pediatric Feeding.

Trisha Donaghey, MOT, OTR is an occupational therapist who specializes in pediatrics, sensory integration, handwriting and feeding difficulties. Trisha is also an AOTA member.

Kristen George, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with a special interest in pediatric speech and language disorders, speech sound disorders, fluency disorders, and Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC). She has advanced training in Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP) approach.

Marcy Gordy, PT, DPT is a physical therapist who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of work injuries and orthopedic conditions. Her clinical experience includes Matheson functional capacity evaluations (FCE), work conditioning, pre-employment physical demand testing, Graston technique, McKenzie MDT techniques for the spine (A-D), and Kinesio taping. Marcy is also an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor.

Joe McLennan, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist with a special interest in general orthopedics, strength and conditioning, and vestibular rehabilitation.

Tara Nastoff, OTD, OTR is an occupational therapist with a special interest in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Additional interests include the design and fabrication of orthoses for the hand and wrist, and ergonomic workspace design.

Megan Ndlovu, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with a special interest in play-based therapy, development of language in early childhood ages, speech sound disorders, autism spectrum disorder and feeding disorders. She has experience in early intervention, school and hospital settings, and has advanced training through the AEIOU Pediatric Feeding Program.

Amy Shaff, MS, CCC-SLP is a certified speech-language pathologist with a special interest in pediatric speech and language disorders, speech sound disorders, early intervention, fluency disorders, and play-based therapy. Amy also has advanced training in childhood apraxia of speech.

Jill Tidemann, PT, DPT is a physical therapist who specializes in general orthopedics with a special interest in sports medicine rehabilitation.

Kelsey Vaught, MOT, OTR is an occupational therapist with a special interest in pediatrics, sensory integration, feeding difficulties and infant breast/bottle feeding. Kelsey has advanced training in sensory integration, Sequential-Oral-Sensory approach to feeding and TOTS (tethered oral tissues).

Jennifer Vertrees, MS, OTR/L is an occupational therapist with a special interest in the design and fabrication of orthoses/splints for the hand, wrist and elbow, orthopedic shoulder to hand conditions, chronic pain management, and ergonomics. Jennifer has advanced training in Graston M1 and acute care rehabilitation.
