Meet the Therapists

Christina Adair, PTA is a physical therapist assistant who specializes in general orthopedics with special interests in pain associated with pregnancy, wellness training, breast cancer recovery and osteoporosis. She has advanced training in Graston technique, prenatal and postpartum exercise, and incorporating health promotion into PT. Christina is also YogaFit certified.

Bobbie Albertson, MS, CCC-SLP is a certified speech-language pathologist with a special interest in adult and pediatric rehabilitation, childhood apraxia of speech, voice disorders, pediatric language delays and disorders, and cognitive rehabilitation.

Amy Barnett, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine, and pediatrics. She has advanced training in Kinesio Taping techniques and pediatric specialty programs. Amy is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and is a certified clinical instructor.

Baleigh Bogan, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in women’s health, pelvic pain, and urinary incontinence. Baleigh has pelvic floor specialty training from Herman & Wallace.

Holly Brake, OTR is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist with a special interest in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, including fracture management, tendon repairs, cumulative trauma disorders, and static, static progressive and dynamic splinting. Holly has advanced training in Graston technique and blood flow restriction training.

Kathleen Brinegar, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in neurological rehabilitation, general pediatrics and pediatric pelvic floor therapy. Kathleen has advanced training in adult neurologic diagnoses and early intervention with the pediatric patient, and is one of the few specialized therapists in the greater Indianapolis area trained in treating pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction assisting patients with bowel and bladder incontinence.

Brad Gunter, PTA, LAT, ATC/L is a physical therapist assistant and licensed athletic trainer who specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine, with a special interest in SI/LB dysfunction, cervical dysfunction, foot/ankle, knee and shoulder dysfunction, and neuro rehabilitation. Brad has advanced training in Graston technique, Mulligan Level 1/Upper Quadrant, and McKenzie low back, cervical and extremities pathology.

Carolyn Majors, MOT, OTR is an occupational therapist with a special interest in pediatrics, autism and developmental delays.

Alex McMillan, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, post-operative rehabilitation, and shoulder, knee, foot/ankle, and spine dysfunctions.

Joel Novak, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and certified in strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He has advanced training in Graston technique and mobilization with movement, as well as in the diagnosis and treatment of movement and muscle imbalances with Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Movement Systems (FMS) and Y Balance Test. His areas of special interest include orthopedics as well as the diagnosis and treatment of foot/ankle, knee and shoulder pathology.

Amanda Owens, PT, DPT is a physical therapist and certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner who specializes in women’s and men’s health, pelvic floor dysfunction, and general orthopedics. Amanda has advanced training in female pelvic floor (Level 3), urogynecologic examination and treatment (Level 2B), colorectal and coccyx conditions, male pelvic floor, and pudendal nerve dysfunction (Level 2A).

Alissa Parker, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist who treats speech and language delays and developmental delays. She has extensive training with pediatric patients with advanced training in apraxia, phonology and articulation.

Rena Reaves, PT, MPT is a physical therapist who specializes in general orthopedic disorders. Rena is McKenzie trained and also has advanced training in functional biomechanics of the lower extremities, current concepts for the knee and shoulder, Graston technique, Kinesio Taping, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and comprehensive treatment of the foot and ankle.

Mykenzie Sandberg, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with a special interest in general orthopedics, sports medicine and post-operative rehabilitation. Mykenzie is certified in dry needling Level 1.

Andy Smith, PT, MHS is a physical therapist who is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT). He has a special interest in cervical and lumbar spine, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, shoulder dysfunctions, and vestibular rehabilitation. Andy has advanced training in manual therapy for the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, positional release, and Graston technique.

Patricia Wallace, OTR is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist who specializes in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, including fracture management, tendon repairs, cumulative trauma disorders, and static, static progressive and dynamic splinting. She has advanced training in Graston technique (instrument assisted soft tissue massage).
