Community Home Health is pleased to offer you many bereavement services. We are available to offer support, initial grief counseling and connections to further community resources. We really care about you and would like to be a part of your healing journey!
We offer both monthly routine groups as well as six-week groups that are scheduled at various locations throughout our service area; we hope you will find the type of support group that best fits your needs and the location that is most appropriate. Below is an outline of our bereavement services.
Widow and widower support group
No registration is needed for this group, just come and join us weekly. This is a safe place to come and be with others who understand what it is like to lose a spouse or significant other.
Location: 8501 E. 56th St., Community Health Pavilion Ft. Ben, Indianapolis
Time: Tuesdays 1 to 3 p.m.

Time: Mondays 1 to 3 p.m. (starting January 25, 2016)
Grief support groups
In-Touch Bereavement Services offers a variety of grief and loss support groups throughout the year at various locations in Central Indiana. These groups are available to anyone who has experienced a loss and desires support.
New in 2016! This drop-in group for general grief and loss is open to anyone in the community and does not require registration.
Location: 2040 Shadeland Ave., Community Health Pavilion Shadeland, Indianapolis
Time: First and third Tuesday of each month, 6:30 to 8 p.m.
These groups meet one day a week for six consecutive weeks. Groups are FREE, but registration is limited to 12 participants. To register, please call 800-777-7775 or email InTouch@eCommunity.com.

We provide grief support and education to children and adolescents in the grieving process. Through proactive and preventive care services, our goal is to prevent the need for long-term support services or mental health treatment. School-based grief services also available. Camp Erin® Indianapolis

Camp Erin is a weekend bereavement camp for children and teens ages 6 through 17 who are grieving the death of someone close to them. Facilitated by a partnership of Community Health Network behavioral care and home health professionals and volunteers, Camp Erin Indianapolis is a weekend-long experience filled with traditional, fun camp activities, combined with grief education and emotional support.
Camp Erin, created and funded by The Moyer Foundation, is the largest bereavement camp in the United States, annually serving more than 2,500 children at more than 40 camps in over 25 states.
