Patrick D. Adsit, MS, PT is the manager of the east region ambulatory Physical Therapy and Rehab locations, including Washington, Shadeland, East and Greenfield. Patrick is a licensed physical therapist with nearly 10 years of clinical experience. His clinical interests include general and post-operative orthopedics, and sports medicine rehab. Patrick has nearly five years of outpatient/ambulatory physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy management experience, as well as experience managing hospital/inpatient-based therapy and sports medicine/athletic training.
Nancy Lewark, MA, CCC-SLP is the manager of the south side Physical Therapy and Rehab locations, including County Line, South Park and Stones Crossing. Nancy has more than 25 years of experience as a rehab manager and previously owned Library Park Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation for 18 years before selling her practice to Community Health Network in 2009. Nancy continues to be involved in local business organizations including the Greater Greenwood Chamber of Commerce and Greenwood Rotary Club. Nancy has clinical expertise as a speech-language pathologist and managerial experience operating clinics that serve both adults and pediatric patients.
Brett Patterson, ATC is the manager of Community Howard Replay Physical Therapy in Kokomo where he has worked for 22 years. He is a licensed athletic trainer with collegiate, secondary school and clinical experience and was the head athletic trainer at Kokomo High School for 17 years. Brett spent the last seven years as sports medicine and marketing manager for Community Howard Replay and West Campus Specialty Hospital. He is an adjunct professor in the School of Liberal Arts at IU Kokomo and has been coaching youth sports for more than 10 years.
Shane Steimel, MSPT is the manager of the north side Physical Therapy and Rehab locations, including Carmel, Castleton, Geist, Hillsdale, Noblesville and Saxony. Shane is a licensed physical therapist with more than 10 years of experience as a rehab manager. His clinical experience includes a specialization in orthopedics, sports medicine, spine and onsite industrial rehabilitation. He continues to be involved in local business organizations including positions on the board of directors for the University of Indianapolis Alumni Association and for Western Boone Schools.
