According to the U.S. Census Bureau, approximately 1.5 million children are living in a single-family household because of the death of one parent. One out of every 20 children age 15 and younger will suffer the loss of one or both parents. These statistics don’t account for the number of children grieving the loss of an extended family member, friend or caregiver.

Please note that campers are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the date of the returned completed application. Each family will have an interview to be sure that Camp Erin can meet their needs.
Campers who have attended in years past will be placed on a waitlist until mid-July to provide an opportunity for those who have not yet attended camp. The waitlist will also be first-come, first-serve and a member of our leadership team will contact each family at the end of July to notify those who have been selected to attend Camp Erin.

Camp Fire Up
Save the date! Camp Fire Up will be held in mid July. This event is for families that have been invited to attend Camp Erin and is a wonderful opportunity for campers to meet some of the volunteers and other campers. We will complete the registration process, have lots of fun activities and get super excited about coming to camp!
