Syeda Naqvi, M.D.
Syeda Naqvi, M.D., completed her medical degree at Sind Medical College in Karachi Pakistan and her residency training with the University of Kentucky Family Medicine program in Hazard, Kentucky. While working with the Eastern Kentucky Veterans Center, her interest in the elderly was enhanced, and she then specialized with a fellowship in Geriatrics from the University of Louisville. A highlight of her tenure there was receiving the prestigious Gold Star Employee Award for her sincere efforts and dedication to patients, families and primary care providers.
Dr. Naqvi believes that practicing medicine is all about compassion—serving humanity in the most intimate way possible. Through addressing seniors’ complex medical, physical and psychosocial needs, she works alongside the primary care provider to keep patients active, functional and in their homes as long as possible.
Dr. Naqvi splits her time between seeing patients at the Community Hospital East HATS clinic and attending on patients as part of the Touchpoint Senior Living team.
Having recently moved to Indiana to be closer to her family, Dr. Naqvi resides in Brownsburg. She enjoys spending time with family, including her 12-year-old son, decorating her house and cooking.
Molly Campbell, NP
Molly Campbell is a nurse practitioner for the Touchpoint HATS clinic, a geriatric consult clinic at Community Health Network. She is certified in both adult and geriatrics, and has a special interest in geriatric preventive medicine, dementia care and research, caregiver support, and palliative medicine.
Molly received her bachelor of arts degree in gerontology from Miami University of Ohio and completed both her nursing degrees at Yale University. Before joining Community, Molly worked at Wishard Hospital’s Senior Care programs for two and a half years, providing geriatric primary care and case management.
She and her husband, Dr. Noll Campbell, enjoy spending time with their family and dog. Outside of work, Molly stays active through a variety of sports, especially running and playing golf.
Katie Bennett, LCSW
Katie is a licensed, clinical social worker. She obtained her master’s degree from Indiana University and has worked for the past decade in the fields of mental health and medical social work. She loves working with this population, and is excited to join the HATS team and serve our patients and their families. In her spare time, she looks forward to running the Indianapolis Mini-Marathon every year and spending time with her wonderful husband and their rescued pup.
Todd Wagoner, MSW, LSW
Todd is a licensed social worker for the state of Indiana with a bachelor’s (Taylor University) and master’s (IUPUI) degree in social work. Todd joins Touchpoint’s Healthy Aging Transition Services after 22 years of social work experience in the acute hospital environment serving patients and families in the critical care setting as well as physical rehabilitation. Today, Todd looks forward to applying his clinical skills in the geriatric practice setting to help older adults and their families increase their opportunity to work as a healthy unit while linking them with area services to help them thrive.
Angela Johnson, RN, BSN
Angela fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming a nurse upon receiving her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Indiana University in 1993. Angela brings to Touchpoint/HATS more than 20 years of varied nursing experience in medical/surgical bedside nursing, home health care and oncology. Angela has always had a passion for working with older adults, and enjoys aiding patients and families in the healthy transition of aging. Angela is a lifelong Hoosier; she lives in Fishers with her husband, two children and three rescued dogs. In her spare time, Angela enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, volunteering at the Humane Society of Hamilton County, and collecting Barbie dolls.
Millicent Pettaway, R.N.
Millicent is a certified dementia care professional with a bachelor of arts degree from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College and a nursing degree from Marian College. Additionally, Millicent is certified in nutritional research from the Public Health Department of the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining the Touchpoint HATS team, Millicent worked for 14 years as the senior research nurse for the Indianapolis Study of Health and Aging, a division of the Psychiatry Department of the Indiana University School of Medicine. Millicent's leisure time is spent with her family, working in arts and crafts, and researching genealogy.
La'Shawn Williams, MA
La’Shawn is a certified medical assistant who graduated cum laude from Ivy Tech Community College, with an associate of applied science degree. While a student, La’Shawn completed the Medical Assistant Fellowship program offered through Community Health Network. Prior to joining the Touchpoint HATS team, La’Shawn worked for 10 years at Hoosier Village Retirement Center as a dietary aide. In addition to spending time with her family and friends, La’Shawn enjoys helping people spiritually through her ministry work.
Kelly Grabman, practice manager
Kelly began her career in healthcare by taking a medical transcription course in high school, where she learned medical terminology and developed an interest in healthcare billing. She branched out to healthcare management and has been a practice manager for more than 10 years in the areas of family practice, pediatrics and OB-GYN. Kelly is dedicated to assisting any way she can to be sure patients and families receive comprehensive services for better health. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, walking, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and taking her son to karate.
