Jim Bognanno, M.D.
Medical Director

Dr. Bognanno has been a radiologist with Community Health Network since 1990. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa, and his residency and fellowship were completed at Indiana University Medical Center. He is board certified in diagnostic radiology and neuroradiology. Dr. Bognanno supervises and reads imaging scans onsite at Community Imaging Center.

Jeff Beatty
Director

Jeff oversees operations at Community Imaging Center. With more than thirteen years of experience in outpatient imaging as a technologist and manager, Jeff has extensive expertise in clinical care as well as day-to-day management of an outpatient center.

Matt Howell
Imaging Relations Coordinator

Matt is responsible for referral development, and acts as a physician liaison and lead technologist. He has been in radiology for more than 12 years as a CT and MRI technologist and in the outpatient imaging service line for the past 6 ½ years. His background allows him to effectively communicate with referring physicians and their staff about outpatient radiology services.
