Meet the IHAP® Team
Mark Randall, Psy.D., Dr.P.H., M.A.
Behavioral Advocate, Clinical Director, Behavioral Health Services
Dr. Randall's educational experience includes being a graduate of a dual doctoral program in clinical psychology and public health (health promotion/preventive care) from Loma Linda University. Prior to completing his two doctoral degrees, Dr. Randall completed a master's degree in exercise physiology. He has specialized training in a variety of areas including behavioral cardiology, pre-surgical psychological evaluation, stress management, obesity, diabetes, chronic pain, exercise/sport psychology, and mental health in a primary care setting. Along with his comprehensive formal education, Dr. Randall has been active in wellness, chronic disease management and healthy lifestyle change for more than 20 years. Dr. Randall remains active in the areas of research, presentation/publication, and enjoys various athletic activities as well as spending time with his wife, family, and friends. As a former professional athlete, he understands the challenges of cultivating as well as maintaining health, and the significance of team work.
Barbara Davis, M.D.
Medical Advocate, Medical Director
Dr. Davis graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine and is board certified in family medicine, with 15 years of experience in this field. Additionally, she has studied integrative and functional medicine. She was in the Community Hospital Family Medicine Residency program in 1993, and received the Jane Richter award for excellence in teaching. Dr. Davis was previously in private practice with Geist Family Medicine and then with Hawthorne Family Medicine. Currently, Dr. Davis practices integrative family medicine at Health Synergies. She has two children and enjoys nature and music.
Anjanette Wicker, R.N., B.S.N.
Primary Advocate, Director of Nursing Services
Anjanette graduated from Indiana University School of Nursing and has been a Community Health Network employee since 1986. She is happily married with two daughters. Stephanie is a second year nursing student and Melanie is finishing her junior year in high school. She is active in the music ministry at her church and plays piano. Anjanette enjoys living a quiet life in the country with her family and many pets.
