What is IHAP^®?

IHAP is a holistic team approach to health care designed to help you and your dependents cope with challenging or continuing health problems by partnering with you to improve your overall health and life status.

The IHAP team is an integrated, multi-disciplinary group of experienced health care professionals that includes a physician (medical advocate), behavioral care provider (behavioral care advocate) and a nurse (primary advocate). Team members use their combined skills to evaluate your individual situation and, working with your current physicians, develop a plan to treat you as a whole person by taking all of your health-related needs into consideration.
