Is home health care right for me?

It is often difficult for individuals to leave their homes for an extended period of time for health care. Home health care brings the services of nurses and therapists to your home to alleviate that difficulty. You or a loved one may have recently suffered a stroke, had major surgery or suffer from complex medical conditions such as heart, liver or lung disease. Our skilled home care providers can help patients improve their health and remain safe and independent. With Community Home Health Services, you have one company—a company you can trust to provide most of your home health needs.

How is home care paid for?

Services may be paid privately or submitted to your insurance, including Medicare A and Medicaid.
