Getting Started with Health Promotion

Health Promotion ServicesContact us by e-mail or call 317-621-WELL to receive a free consultation. We will meet or talk with you and make recommendations based on your organization’s needs, goals, culture and budget. We will work with you to design and implement a customized wellness program at your worksite. We provide services at locations throughout the U.S.

We typically recommend starting with a health screening at the worksite, along with a health risk assessment (HRA). The HRA identifies each individual’s health and mental health risk factors, attitudes about the workplace, and readiness to make lifestyle changes. Each individual receives a confidential report, and the corporation receives aggregated reports.

The aggregate reports provide baseline data to drive further programming and track ongoing results. We will meet with you and make programming recommendations, taking into consideration your goals, culture and budget.Health Promotion Services
