Health screenings and assessments
Provide data about individual and group risk factors, including mental and physical health, lifestyle behaviors, and individuals’ readiness to change. Results enable organizations to target programming for maximum impact and track measurable outcomes.

Educational materials
Increase awareness and understanding of risk factors and ways to improve health and wellness.

LifeStyle change programs
Teach participants how to make behavior changes regarding health/wellness and work/life issues. Programs include exercise, nutrition, weight loss, smoking cessation, and telephonic or in-person lifestyle coaching.

Employee Assistance Program
Licensed counselors provide short-term therapy to address diverse home and work issues. Employees or anyone living in their household can receive up to 8 sessions per issue per person.
