A lot of diets lead you to believe that carbohydrates make you fat. No-carb diets are all the fad right now, but that doesn't mean they should be.
Your body uses carbohydrates to make glucose which gives you energy and helps keep your body fueled. Healthy foods that are high carbohydrates include ones that provide dietary fiber and whole grains, as well as those without added sugars.
