Dr. Thek is a board-certified colon and rectal surgeon. He has special interest in minimally-invasive surgery, sphincter preservation and transanal endoscopic microsurgery, and is dedicated to the treatment of colorectal cancer and pelvic floor disorders.
He received his medical degree from SABA University School of Medicine and completed an internship and residency both at Cleveland Clinic Huron Hospital, OH. His fellowship was done at Penn State University, PA.
Dr. Thek is a member of Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America.
In his free time, he likes basketball, snowboarding and travel. He speaks English and Spanish.
