Dr. Kizer grew up in Bradenton, Florida, but moved to Central Indiana after high school. After graduating from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee and obtaining her masters from Ball State University, she attended Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Community's Family Medicine Residency Program.
Cindy and her husband, Doug, live in Fishers and enjoy traveling, going to movies, and just spending time together. They are actively involved at Northview Church in Carmel where Doug is the pastoral care pastor.
