Dr. Kenten D. Woolhiser grew up in Canby, Oregon. He studied civil engineering at Oregon State University, graduating in 1983. He then went to Willamette University in Salem, Oregon for postgraduate studies in chemistry and biology. He graduated from Oregon Health Science University in 1993. He then completed his internship in internal medicine at Legacy Health Systems in Portland, Oregon.
He and his family moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where he completed a three-year neurology residency at Barrow Neurological Institute. Dr. Woolhiser was chief neurology resident during his third year in Phoenix. Dr. Woolhiser moved to Indiana and joined Indiana Neuroscience Associates in the summer of 1997. He has a special interest in seizure disorders and evaluation and treatment of headaches.
He is board certified in neurology, and is currently the vice chief of staff at Community Hospital South.
