Pediatrics
Community offers diabetes care for children of all ages. Pediatric hospitalists at Community Hospital North care for patients during the acute phase. Diabetes Care Center staff will see patients and families while inpatients and provide follow-up care after discharge. Patients comfortable with Community's services do not need a transfer for their diabetes care, keeping them closer to home and their primary care physician or specialist.
