Mike DaRosa is an osteopathic, primary care sports medicine physician with Community Health Network and the team physician for Indy Eleven professional soccer team, Decatur Central, Franklin Central and Beech Grove High Schools through Community Sports Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin and his medical degree from Des Moines College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. DaRosa completed his residency at Exempla St. Joseph Family Medicine in Denver, Colorado and received his fellowship training at Indiana University Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program.

Dr. DaRosa is a member of several professional organizations including the American Society for Sports Medicine, American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine, Indiana Sports Concussion Network, American Academy of Family Physicians, American Osteopathic Association and the Sigma Sigma Phi (National Osteopathic Honor Society).

Dr. DaRosa is married to Dr. Sara Diaz, a women’s health physician at Community Westview Hospital. In his spare time, he enjoys running, snowboarding, playing soccer and disc golf.

Joshua Kluetz, D.O.

Joshua Kluetz, DO is a board certified osteopathic family and sports medicine physician with Community Sports Medicine. He serves as team physician for partner schools.

Dr. Kluetz received his undergraduate degree from North Park University and his medical degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Kluetz’s residency and sports medicine fellowship were completed at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago.

Whether a little league strain, high level endurance athlete injury or a weekend warrior, Dr. Kluetz, treats athletes of all ages and experience levels, whether they have a musculoskeletal injury, an acute illness or a chronic condition. Additionally his osteopathic training allows him to provide various hands-on techniques for in-office treatment.

Dr. Kluetz is a member of American College of Sports Medicine, American Medical Society of Sports Medicine and American Academy of Family Physicians.

An avid sport fan and participant, Dr. Kluetz has served on numerous medical teams in providing medical coverage for Chicago Marathon and Ironman World Championship. Dr. Kluetz was the team physician and served on the sideline and training room for Northwestern University, North Park University, Whitney Young High School and New Trier High School.

Originally from Minnesota, Dr. Kluetz is married and has two children. During his free time he enjoys training for running and cycling events.

Daniel Kraft, M.D.

After serving the residents of Community Howard for the past year, Dr. Dan Kraft has relocated his primary practice to the Community Hospital North Campus in Indianapolis. Dr. Kraft is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in sports medicine. He specializes in non-operative care of musculoskeletal and sports medicine injuries in pediatric and adolescent patients, including a strong focus on concussion management.

Dr. Kraft has been practicing pediatric/adolescent sports medicine in Indianapolis for more than 20 years. He is co-director of the Indiana Sports Concussion Network and has had direct involvement with developing recent Indiana state legislation related to concussion care in high school athletes.

He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois School of Medicine, completed his pediatric residency at Riley Hospital/Indiana University and followed with a fellowship in sports medicine at Methodist Sports Medicine Center, Indianapolis.

Dr. Kraft is a team physician for Warren Central High School and the professional teams Indy Fuel and Indy Eleven through Community Sports Medicine.

Dr. Kraft specializes in the following conditions: pediatric/adolescent sports related injuries, non-operative care and treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, concussion management for pediatric and adolescent athletes, medical issues affecting athletes, and endurance athlete care and injury prevention.
