New location on south side - County Line Medical Pavilion

Community Physicians of Indiana new physician office, County Line Medical Pavilion, opened March 2010 on the south side of Indianapolis at 333 East County Line Road (in the new Community Health Pavilion County Line). The nearly 7,300-square-foot office includes family practice, OB/GYN and pediatric physicians, as well as on-site radiology and laboratory services. This new location brings together several primary care physicians in one locale to better serve the population near I-65 and County Line Road. Medical staff offer a patient-centered practice that highlights access to care, whole-person orientation and coordination of care across what may seem to be a complex health care system. Learn more
