Breast Health Awareness Month may come and go each October, but at Community Health Network we choose to think that every day is a time to recognize breast health. That’s why we’re encouraging you to get your mammogram screening this week.
We offer a number of convenient screening locations, with a wide range of appointment times, including early morning, evening, and weekends. We also have walk-in availability at our Saxony location.
If you should need additional medical services, our comprehensive program features a team of breast specialists, including certified breast health navigators who guide you every step of the way.
At Community Breast Care, we’ve set an ambitious goal: To increase the number of breast cancer survivors. That starts by having the best breast care expertise in the area. In fact, Community Breast Care is the first comprehensive breast health center in this area to offer extensive breast care services in the evening, as well. With us, it’s all about convenience, coordination and connectivity. Our nationally accredited breast care center, with three locations, includes breast surgeons, breast-dedicated radiologists, nurses, technicians, genetic counselors, oncologists, and plastic and reconstructive surgeons. And during the entire process, we provide your very own nurse navigator, who literally walks with you through every step. It’s all orchestrated to turn breast cancer patients into breast cancer survivors.

Community first in Indianapolis to offer intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT)
Community Breast Care offers a new breast cancer treatment for women age 45 and older who have early breast cancer—intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT).
This groundbreaking treatment is targeted, which results in less overall radiation therapy with similar outcomes to the standard six-week treatment course.
Additional benefits include less irritation of healthy breast tissue, minimized exposure to the chest cavity and underlying organs, and fewer skin reactions, such as redness, rashes and irritation. Learn more >>
