Meet the Culture of Health physicians
James Kluzinski, M.D.
Dr. Kluzinski hails originally from Chicago, Illinois. He has three children and lives on the northeast side of Indianapolis. He opened his family practice, Northeast Family Physicians, in 1991 after graduating from medical school in Wroclaw, Poland and completing a residency at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. He has maintained board certified status in family practice since the inception of his practice. His experience in treating the side effects of obesity led him to extended study and professional development aimed at addressing obesity as the underlying cause of so many medical problems. He has now worked successfully with many of his patients providing medical weight management services, and in 2003 became a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians.
Vinod Pallekonda, M.D.
Dr. Pallekonda immigrated to the U.S. when he was five years old and grew up for the most part in the southern states. During his formative years, he developed a strong desire to find meaning in life and soon found his greatest satisfaction was in helping others.
His journey led him back to India, where he completed his medical school training at Kasturba Medical College in Manipal. While performing in a musical outreach, he met his wife, Sue Yeen. Together, they found that he would fulfill his desire to help others by engaging in medical missions.
After he and Sue finished their Family Practice Residency at Community Health Network of Indianapolis, he joined Fall Creek Family Medicine in 2004.
Medical missions continue to be a part of their lives as opportunities arise. Dr. Pallekonda recently went to Guatemala and Malaysia. Outside of his commitment to medicine, his hobbies include serving in church, spending time with his wife and children, and sports.
