Jeremiah Smith, M.D.

Pediatric hospitalist, Community Hospital North

Jeremiah Smith, M.D., is a pediatric hospitalist at Community Hospital North. He received a bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and obtained a medical degree at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Indiana University.

Dr. Smith is a member of the American Medical Association and American Academy of Pediatrics. Additionally, he has conducted research on concussions and the importance of IMPACT testing in young athletes.

Outside his work at the hospital, Dr. Smith has served as a sports medicine physician for local high school teams. He is a fan of baseball, football and basketball and enjoys working out and playing golf.
