Allyson Boodram, M.D.
Pediatric hospitalist, Community Hospital North
Allyson Boodram, M.D., is a native of Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies. She came to Indiana for pediatric residency training at Riley Hospital for Children/Indiana University. Dr. Boodram is a graduate of Florida International University in Miami, Florida, and St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies.
Dr. Boodram is a member of the American Medical Association, Academy of Pediatrics and Society of Hospital Medicine. She is an advocate for providing exceptional evidenced-based medical care, compassion and communication to ill children and their families. Her experiences and travels throughout her career have contributed to her insight, passion and abilities in accomplishing these tasks.
During her free time, Dr. Boodram enjoys a wide variety of activities including water sports, walking, biking, reading, watching movies and playing Xbox 360. She recently started racing TAG Karts. She has two pets, a cat named Jack Nicholson and a dog named Jess Stone.
