Patient therapy outcomes
Our rehab patients answer standardized questions about their functional status at intake, during the course of therapy and at discharge. We submit this data to a national database company, Focus On Therapeutic Outcomes, Inc (FOTO). Every quarter, FOTO provides us comparison summary reports.
*Data period: September 2009 - 2010
