Kristin Allen, OTR/L, CHT is a certified hand therapist with a special interest in upper extremity rehabilitation and orthotic fabrication. Kristin is also certified to perform functional capacity evaluations and is a certified ergonomic assessment specialist (CEAS).

Rena Reaves, MSPT specializes in treatment of sacroiliac dysfunction, shoulder and knee pain, and general orthopedic disorders. Rena is McKenzie trained and has additional training in physical therapy techniques for the upper and lower extremities.

Andy Smith, PT, MHS, OCS is a certified clinical specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy. He has advanced training in manual therapy for the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, including McKenzie MDT Techniques, as well as positional release and Graston Technique. His areas of special interest include cervical and lumbar spine, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and shoulder and knee dysfunctions.

Shane Steimel, MSPT is the manager of the north side Rehab & Sports Medicine Centers, including Carmel, Geist, Hillsdale, Noblesville and Saxony. Shane is a licensed physical therapist with more than 10 years of experience as a rehab manager. His clinical experience includes a specialization in orthopedics, sports medicine, spine and onsite industrial rehabilitation. He continues to be involved in local business organizations including positions on the board of directors for the University of Indianapolis Alumni Association and for Western Boone Schools.
