Knee pain
People of all ages experience knee pain. In children, growth spurts and sports injuries are often the cause of knee pain. As people grow older the normal “wear and tear” on the knees is a common cause of pain. Arthritis, surgeries and automobile accidents can also contribute to pain felt in the knees. Many times, physical therapy treatment can improve or eliminate knee pain altogether. Pain in the knees can also be prevented in many cases by proper stretching and strengthening techniques.
