Community Physical Therapy and Rehab

Neurological physical therapy

Community Physical Therapy and Rehab can provide a variety of neurological physical therapy services to those individuals who are having problems with balance and falling, gait abnormalities, decreased strength and overall decreased mobility. We can treat people recently diagnosed or those who have had a condition for many years.

The most appropriate patients for this type of outpatient service may have recently noticed a decline in balance, strength, and overall mobility, or may have already been through rehabilitation at Hook Rehab and no longer need the aggressive physical, occupational or speech therapies provided there.
