Judy Joostberns, MHSPT

Judy Joostberns, MHSPT is certified in mechanical  diagnosis and therapy. She is credentialed by the McKenzie Institute and has extensive training in evaluation and treatment of back and neck pain. Judy is experienced in the treatment of joint pain and pain related to pregnancy, and is trained in a variety of manual techniques.

Shawn Kim, MSOT, OTR, CHT

Shawn Kim, MSOT, OTR, CHT is a certified hand therapist. She has advanced training in upper extremity splinting, evaluation of elbow, wrist and hand dysfunction, and tendon/nerve injury and repair.

Amanda Owens, DPT

Amanda Owens, DPT treats pelvic floor dysfunction as well as many orthopedic diagnoses. Amanda has training in women’s and men’s health and pelvic floor evaluation and treatment.

Shane Steimel, MSPT

Shane Steimel, MSPT is the manager of the north side Rehab & Sports Medicine Centers, including Carmel, Geist, Hillsdale, Noblesville and Saxony. Shane is a licensed physical therapist with more than 10 years of experience as a rehab manager. His clinical experience includes a specialization in orthopedics, sports medicine, spine and onsite industrial rehabilitation. He continues to be involved in local business organizations including positions on the board of directors for the University of Indianapolis Alumni Association and for Western Boone Schools.

Ray Varner, PTA

Ray Varner, PTA has extensive training in rehabilitation of the knee and shoulder. Ray has experience with treatment of work-related injuries, strength and conditioning, and additional education which includes treatment of lumbar, cervical and sacroiliac dysfunction.

Aika Yoshida, DPT

Aika Yoshida, DPT has interest in the evaluation and treatment of sports related injuries, using Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Functional Movement Screen (FMS). Her areas of special interest include orthopedics, manual therapy and functional assessment with core exercises.
