Maureen Hays, MHS, OTR, CHT

Maureen Hays, MHS, OTR, CHT is a certified hand therapist with a special interest in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She is also skilled in the design and fabrication of orthoses/splints for the hand, wrist and elbow. Maureen is currently serving as adjunct instructor in the Occupational Therapy Graduate Program at IUPUI.

Nancy Lewark, MA, CCC-SLP is the manager of the south side Rehab & Sports Medicine Centers, including County Line and South Park. Nancy has more than 25 years of experience as a rehab manager and previously owned Library Park Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation for 18 years before selling her practice to Community Health Network in 2009. Nancy continues to be involved in local business organizations including the Greater Greenwood Chamber of Commerce and Greenwood Rotary Club. Nancy has clinical expertise as a speech-language pathologist and managerial experience operating clinics that serve both adults and pediatric patients.

Mindi Lewis, MSPT

Mindi Lewis, MSPT specializes in pediatric physical therapy with a focus on early intervention. She is extensively trained in the evaluation and treatment of a variety of pediatric diagnoses, including gait abnormalities and spasticity. Mindi is also a First Steps/Early Intervention provider with the state of Indiana and a clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association.

Christine Oser, MA, CCC-SLP is a certified speech-language pathologist who specializes in pediatric speech and language disorders, including non-verbal and augmentative alternative communication and apraxia of speech. Christine has advanced training in the assessment and treatment of developmental delays in pediatric patients. She also has experience in treating autism spectrum disorders.

Amy Rettig, MHSPT

Amy Rettig, MHSPT specializes in orthopedics, sports related injuries, spine dysfunction and neurological disorders. Amy has advanced training in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal pain syndromes, cervical and lumbar disorders and joint pain in the foot, ankle, knee and shoulder.
