Laura Pullen, OTR/L is the manager of the east side Rehab & Sports Medicine Centers, including Shadeland, East, Washington and Greenfield. Laura is an occupational therapist with more than seven years of clinical experience. Her therapy expertise includes acute occupational therapy rehabilitation with a specialization in stroke and brain injury rehabilitation. Laura's extensive experience with inpatient therapy at Hook Rehabilitation also brings a unique understanding of the east market outpatient rehabilitation needs.

Kendall Schultz, DPT specializes in the treatment of patients with orthopedic injuries. She has additional training and a special interest in the treatment of spinal disorders and pain.
