2012 Nursing Excellence Award nominations
Every year the Society for Nursing Excellence pays tribute to Community Health Network nurses who exemplify excellence in five different categories: therapeutic relationships, facilitative leadership, patient-focused care, art and science of nursing, and evidence-based practice. Nominations for 2012 winners are now closed. The awards will be presented at our annual Nursing Excellence banquet on November 16, 2012.
