Mary Browning earned a Master of Science degree in nursing administration with a minor in business, a Bachelor of Science in nursing and certification of rehabilitation registered nursing. Browning has spent much of her career involved in rehabilitation settings. Within Community Health Network, Browning has held a variety of positions, including staff nurse in Labor and Delivery, head nurse of Rehabilitation Services and team leader of Rehab Services.
She has been a member of the Indiana Organization of Nurse Executives since 1997 and in 1997 was president of the Central Organization of Nurse Executives. She has also served as president of the Indiana chapter of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses and on the Nursing 2000 Advisory Council. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Paige Dooley, MSN, MBA, R.N., NE-BC

Community Hospital East
Dooley has worked at Community Health Network since 1985, when she started her nursing career as a medical-surgical nurse at Community Hospital East. She held various nursing roles throughout the network until 2003, when she moved into nursing administration. Most recently, Dooley served as a professional practice consultant for the network, evaluating and implementing systems to improve standards of care, practice and performance.
Dooley received an associate’s degree in nursing at the University of Indianapolis and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Ball State University. She has a master of science in nursing and a master of business administration from Anderson University. Dooley is president of the Anderson University School of Nursing chapter of the Alumni Association and is a member of the Indiana State Nurses Association, Society for Nursing Excellence, and Sigma Theta Tau international nursing honor society.

Eleanore Wilson, M.A., R.N.

Community Hospital North
Eleanore Wilson earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 1976 and her Master of Arts in community health science in 1998 from Ball State University. She began her career as a staff nurse after earning her bachelor’s degree and has worked in a variety of clinical and nursing management settings since that time. Wilson has concentrated much of her career on working in medical/surgical areas and critical and intensive care areas.
In her current position, Wilson has responsibilities for the Intensive Care Unit and the Progressive Care Unit at Community Hospital North and four Medical/Surgical Units.
Within Community Health Network, Wilson was a leader of the Practice Council for four years and is a member of the Integrated Council of Nurse Team Leaders, the Integrated Council for Directors of Acute Care Services and the Operations Council. She is also a member of the Indiana Organization for Nurse Executives (IONE), the American Organization for Nurse Executives (AONE) and the Philippine Nursing Organization.

Kerry Sawin, MBA, BSN, R.N.

Community Hospital South
Kerry Sawin has been with Community Health Network since 1990. She has held a variety of positions in the area(s) of critical care, cardiovascular nursing, and cardiac surgery as a staff nurse, and in a variety of leadership positions at the manager and director level throughout her 30+ years as a registered nurse. She has concentrated the majority of her career in the critical care arena, including cardiovascular and surgical intensive care/trauma, and providing leadership in these areas. Kerry received her Associate of Science in Nursing (1975) and Bachelors of Science in Nursing (1983) degrees from the University of Evansville, Evansville, Indiana, and completed her MBA in 1990. She is a member of American Organization of Nurse Executives, Indiana Organization of Nurse Executives, American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the Academy of Medical Surgical Nurses.
In her current position as Vice President of Nursing at Community Hospital South, Kerry has primary administrative responsibility for the practice of nursing at the South campus, along with operational responsibility in the acute care areas.

Pam Hunt, BS, MSN, R.N.
Chief Nursing Executive/Vice President of Patient Care Services
Community Heart and Vascular Hospital
Pam Hunt earned her master of science degree in nursing from Indiana University, her bachelor of science in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan and a diploma in nursing from Parkview-Methodist School of Nursing. She comes to The Indiana Heart Hospital from Howard Regional Health System in Kokomo, where she had served as chief nursing officer and vice president of patient care services since August 2008. In that role, she supervised operations for the patient care division of an acute care hospital and was responsible for the delivery of quality, patient-centered care throughout the facility. Hunt’s career experience also includes serving as administrative director of perioperative services and the division of critical care and magnet program director at Marion General Hospital, where she began her career as a registered nurse.
Hunt has been published on a variety of nurse management topics and is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the VHA Chief Nursing Officer Group and the Indiana Organization of Nurse Executives. She is a frequent presenter at area and national conferences and volunteers her time serving local community organizations, including the Chief Nursing Officer Advisory Board of Indiana University Kokomo.
