Raised in Massachusetts, Tanya earned a law degree from Notre Dame Law School and a bachelor’s degree in English and political science from Villanova University. She relocated to Indiana to join her husband, a native Hoosier and practicing attorney. Tanya joined the Physician Recruitment Department at Community in 2010, with over a decade of experience in executive recruitment. She assumed the role of managing the department in 2011. Prior to Community, Tanya recruited attorneys on behalf of Am Law 100 law firms and corporations, working with the Boston office of a national search firm and then a regional firm in the Midwest. A sustaining member of the Junior League of Indianapolis, she has served in numerous leadership roles.

Tanya resides in Zionsville, Indiana with her husband Bill, two young daughters, and a Labradoodle named Fancy. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering, traveling, cooking, visiting family in the Boston area and taking summer vacations on Cape Cod.

Angela was raised in Jeffersonville, Indiana. She earned her B.S. in Public Health from Indiana University in 1999. Angela then attended St. Louis University where she received a master's degree in healthcare administration in May 2001. She has worked in the health care industry for more than nine years and has extensive experience in physician recruitment. She joined Community Health Network as a physician recruiter in February 2010.

Angela is responsible for the recruitment and retention of physicians to Community Health Network and affiliate practices. She enjoys building relationships and matching the needs of the client with the physician candidates. She actively serves on the Public Relations Committee for Executive Women in Healthcare (EWHC).

Angela and her husband, Bill, reside in the Fishers area. She enjoys exercising, traveling, volunteering and spending time with her family and friends.

Teresa (Terri) Bowman

Terri joined the network recruitment team in 2012 as a recruitment coordinator and moved into the network recruiter role a few months later. Terri holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Indiana University and is a certified Professional of Human Resources. She has worked in the health care industry since 1997, with emphasis on human resources, business development and physician/provider recruitment.

Terri is responsible for the recruitment and retention of physicians to Community Health Network and affiliate practices. Her areas of concentration include women’s /children’s health and behavioral health. She especially appreciates the positive culture that is intentionally woven throughout Community Health Network and is eager to work with candidates who wish to participate in such an environment.

Terri is married to Brice Bowman and is the mother of three children. She is a volunteer for the Indianapolis Peace Learning Center and Trusted Mentors. Terri enjoys working on stained glass projects and gardening in her spare time.

Caitlin Gallagher

Caitlin joined the physician recruitment team in 2012 as a physician recruiter. Caitlin was raised in Carmel, Indiana and earned her B.S. in Selling and Sales Management from Purdue University with a minor in organizational leadership and supervision. She has completed a work study program in London, England and spent the majority of her career in marketing management, representing one of the top leaders in the hospitality industry in Arizona and California.

Caitlin is responsible for the recruitment and retention of physicians to Community Health Network and affiliate practices. Her areas of concentration include cardiovascular, neurology and internal medicine. Caitlin is proud to represent Community Health Network and lives the values of the organization. She is thrilled to share the positive environment and culture with current and prospective physicians.

In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing recreational sports, exercising and spoiling her labradoodle, Cooper. Caitlin has had a great time exploring Indianapolis since her return to the city in 2012.

Jason joined the physician recruitment team in February 2010 in the physician recruitment coordinator role and moved into the network physician recruiter role in 2011. He previously worked at Community Hospital Anderson as a recruitment coordinator for the Clinical Research Center. Jason holds a bachelor's degree in sports administration with a minor in marketing from Ball State University. He also received a master’s degree in business administration from Anderson University’s Falls School of Business in August of 2011.

In his current role, Jason assists in the recruitment of physicians, specializing in outpatient and inpatient internal medicine, pulmonary critical care and geriatric medicine. He enjoys meeting with clients and candidates to gain a better understanding of their needs.

Jason and his wife, Andrea, reside in the Indianapolis area. He enjoys spending time with their family and friends, golf, traveling, exercising, and listening to live music at the many venues throughout Indianapolis.

Sarah Holland

Sarah was raised in Indianapolis and earned her B.A. from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She has spent the majority of her career working for a large Indiana-based hospitality management company in a variety of roles, most extensively in human resources and recruiting.

In her current role, Sarah assists with sourcing, site visit planning and candidate referencing, among many other areas.

Sarah and her husband, Matt, share their historic home with a very spoiled cat and dog. In her free time, Sarah enjoys volunteering at the Humane Society of Indianapolis, reading, cooking, beach vacations, and spending time with family and friends.

Elizabeth joined the physician recruitment team in January 2012 as a physician recruitment coordinator. Elizabeth has more than six years of experience in client relations and health care marketing.

As physician recruitment coordinator, Elizabeth assists with sourcing and marketing for physician career opportunities as well as coordinating site visits for prospective physicians of Community Health Network.

Elizabeth holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and is pursuing a master’s degree in health communication.

She and her husband live in Indianapolis with their son, Elliot, and dog, Lola.
