Jim Bognanno, M.D.

Dr. Bognanno has been a radiologist with Community Health Network since 1990. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa, and his residency and fellowship were completed at Indiana University Medical Center. He is board certified in diagnostic radiology and neuroradiology. Dr. Bognanno supervises and reads imaging scans onsite at Community Imaging Centers.
