Coronary Health Improvement Project
CHIP and CHIP Express

More information: Registration Form | Submit Registration Form

CHIP logo The Coronary Health Improvement Project (CHIP) is an education approach to understanding the relationship between health and lifestyle. CHIP is a unique approach to improving the way we eat, move, think and plan. The program is not a diet; it is a new way of life. Changing what you eat is a process, not a quick decision. During the series of classes Dr. Diehl, via DVDs, teaches the principles of changing the way we look at making decisions about our health. He focuses on the concept of "Health by Choice, Not by Chance".

CHIP shows how changes you make will create a predictable improvement in blood levels of cholesterol, triglycerides and how you feel. Often CHIP participants can reduce medications for blood pressure, lipids and diabetes. If you are worried that you are at risk of having heart disease or currently have heart disease this program is for you. It is so powerful; it can actually reverse coronary heart disease. CHIP is an 8-week series. CHIP Express is a 4-week series. Both programs share the same basic philosophies and are fully explained in an introductory class prior to registration.

One graduate reports: "After two weeks I realized I had been pain free from arthritis in my hands, and my joints and knuckles were no longer swollen. It works! I sleep better, and have more energy.
