The Coronary Health Improvement Project (CHIP) is an education approach to understanding the relationship between health and lifestyle. CHIP is a unique approach to improving the way we eat, move, think and plan. The program is not a diet; it is a new way of life. Changing what you eat is a process, not a quick decision. During the series of classes Dr. Diehl, via DVDs, teaches the principles of changing the way we look at making decisions about our health. He focuses on the concept of "Health by Choice, Not by Chance".
