Journey to Health

Community Health Network's Journey to Health program offers a variety of resources to assist employees optimize health and well-being. These innovative programs are supervised by a multidisciplinary team of professionals to help participants obtain their health and wellness goals. A health coach will be assigned to all interested employees and will follow the employee throughout the year. The coach will be the primary point of contact in referring the employee to the most appropriate program based on needs, interests and commitment level.

All Journey to Health courses are free of charge for employees. If you are interested in participating in Journey to Health, please call 317-621-4304 to find out more and register for classes and events.

Each month the Journey to Health team will offer a unique food experience in the cafeteria. Stop by to check it out; no need to sign up for this event.

• CHA, first Wednesday of every month, 11a.m. to 1 p.m.
• CHE, second Wednesday of every month, 11a.m. to 1 p.m.
• CHN, third Wednesday of every month, 11a.m. to 1 p.m.
• CHS, fourth Wednesday of every month, 11a.m. to 1 p.m.
